What’s a Martial Arts Week?
A week full of training, good (vegetarian) food and lots of fun!
We start the day with Tai Chi and end it with Yoga and meditation. In between we train different styles of Martial Arts.
This year we will be having 3 Grandmasters that will be teaching us.
