What’s a Martial Arts Week?
A week full of training, good (vegetarian) food and lots of fun!
We start the day with Tai Chi and end it with Yoga and meditation. In between we train different styles of Martial Arts, with different teachers.
This year it will be Wu Shu, Ninjutsu, Pencak Silat Cimande style and Third Line Kungfu. And then there’s some time left for workshops: massaging, cooking en creative Arts.
The theme of 2016 is Chinese 5 Elements: Fire, Metal, Water, Wood and Earth.
