Hatha Yoga Classes in Maastricht
In these traditional Hatha Yoga classes, Jeannette offers each exercise in a way that allows everyone to participate at their own level. Whenever needed, she provides alternative options, enabling each participant to find the approach that best suits their body and abilities.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, creating a personal atmosphere with plenty of time and individual attention to support your development. Whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience, you are welcome to practise at your own pace.
What makes these classes unique is the integration of movement science into the practice of yoga. By combining traditional Hatha Yoga with an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and healthy movement, you will learn to move with greater awareness, stability, and ease.
Jeannette is also a lecturer at the Vormingsinstituut voor Yogadocenten (Yoga Teacher Training Institute) in Zolder, Belgium, where she teaches anatomy and physiology. In addition, she supervises qualified yoga teachers through professional peer reflection groups.

Practical Information
- Classes are practised barefoot or wearing socks.
- Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets are provided.
- Please bring your own towel to place on the mat.
- We recommend practising on an empty or light stomach for a more comfortable experience.
