Women’s Self-Defence Course in Maastricht | Build Confidence & Stay Safe

Women's Self-Defence Course in Maastricht

Looking for a women’s self-defence course in Maastricht? Our programme is designed to help women develop confidence, recognise their own strength, and learn practical self-defence skills in a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

This course combines realistic physical techniques with mental awareness and personal development. You will learn effective ways to protect yourself while building greater confidence in your everyday life.

During the course, you will practise practical self-defence techniques, including effective striking and kicking, escaping from holds and grabs, and using everyday objects for self-protection when necessary. Alongside the physical training, we also focus on awareness, non-verbal communication, recognising personal boundaries, and strengthening self-confidence.

Because violence against women is often committed by someone they know rather than by a stranger, the course also explores the emotional barriers that can make self-defence difficult. By increasing awareness and practising realistic scenarios, participants learn to respond with greater confidence and clarity.

What You Will Learn

  • Practical skills to defend yourself—and, when necessary, others—in unexpected situations.
  • Greater self-confidence in daily life.
  • How to recognise potentially dangerous situations early and create opportunities to leave safely.
  • How to trust and strengthen your intuition.
  • Increased body awareness and personal resilience.
