Beside active living your body and mind also need some relaxation.
You achieve that by meditation, yoga or a good walk.
Another way is getting a massage, it helps both your body and mind to relax and let go of stress.
The muscles in your body are constantly working and store a lot of surplus energy, so your muscles can feel stiff and even block totally.
These tensions can relax with a good massage so the body will feel less stiff and painful.
Practical information:
Relaxationmassages can be done with or without oil. Normally we massage through your clothes without oil but if you want to be massaged with oil, we can do that too.
Just with every individual sessions we take the time to talk about the problems in your body. This talk can help us to get a better insight in what you need so we can adjust the massage to make it more effective.
Towels are already here , you only have to take yourself to the massage.
