Where am I from?
My name is Levy Tatipata and I am currently a sports-instructor working at several different locations.
Before this, I had an 8-to-5 office job which required me to sit in front of a computer screen for long periods and led to hip and shoulder complaints. At the time I had been training with weights for 15 years and worked out quit regularly at the gym.
About six years ago, Martial Arts, Wu Sh, massaging and Tai Chi caught my attention and broadened the way I view sports and movements.
Through these insights I have adjusted my training and am improving my coordination, movement, posture, rest, relaxation and attitude towards sports.
I got the opportunity to coach a small group of people for the summer and I enjoyed it thus much that I made this into my job.

I offer massages, personal training en group classes.

As a personal trainer we will create the best training for you based on what your goals and your abilities are. Together we will work on your fitness and health.
Group classes, Inner Strength, consist of a combination of power and condition training in which martial arts, Kettle bells and Dumbbells are incorporated.
My goal is to strengthen people, both mentally and physically.
